I recently stayed at a charming 4-star hotel and I must say, it was a truly luxurious experience. The location of this place is unbeatable, as it is right at a tram stop and on the tram line. It was so convenient to hop on and off and explore the city, especially since it is close to the central square and just off the main square of the Opera House. The staff here were top-notch, always friendly and helpful. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived until the time I checked out. The service was impeccable, and I particularly enjoyed the room service. It was nice to have a range of amenities in the room, including air conditioning, an in-room safe, and an electric kettle. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch, and the free Wi-Fi made it easy for me to stay connected. I was truly impressed with the level of comfort and the quality of service provided at this hotel.
In terms of suggestions, I would have loved to see more options for the Nespresso machine in the room. Only having 2 coffee pods felt a bit limited, and it would have been nice to have more milk available in the fridge.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just off the main square of the Opera House. It was also close to the center of the city, making it easy to explore the sights. The hotel was right opposite the tourist information office, convenient for getting tips and advice. The cleanliness of the room was really good, and the facilities provided were excellent. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff were great, providing really good service and helpful recommendations for dining.

Convenient location near tram system and pedestrian area with excellent restaurants. Close to metros and transport options. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfy, clean room with ensuite bathroom. Nespresso machine, though limited coffee pods. Additional plug for charging devices would be helpful.
